                      is a late Edwardian house, with a distinctive Arts and Crafts feel, set in beautiful gardens within the Arnside/Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We offer two bedrooms with en-suite facilities, flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and free WIFI connections.

Breakfast is taken in the conservatory or on the terrace using homemade, local and organic produce where possible.

We regret that we do not allow pets or smoking in the house.
