Introduction
Bridleway offers Bed and Breakfast and is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is on and off road parking close to the house. Accommodation is on the first floor, meals and lounge are situated on the ground floor.

• Arnside is served by train and bus as well as by car, bicycle, horse and of course Shanks’ Pony.
• A taxi service is currently located in the village.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• Car parking is available within the grounds or on the lane adjacent to the property. Access to the main entrance, from the car park, is 10 meters of lane and then via a 15 meter level tarmac path, illuminated at night. A bell (manual), bell (electrical and illuminated) plus a 'knocker' are in place to attract the proprietor’s attention.
Main Entrance
• Access to the property is via the green front door. There are two steps leading into the main hall.
Stairs, Landing
• Three flights of stairs lead to the landing from which guests access their bedrooms.
Sitting room, lounge
• From the main hall on the ground floor, a door leads to the dining room and conservatory. A door leads from the conservatory to the gardens.
Dining Room
• All meals are taken in the dining room or on the terrace during clement weather in the summer.
Bedrooms
• Bedrooms are equipped with beds, tea/coffee making equipment, shower and W.C, and television. In addition one of the en suite facilities has a bath.
Gardens
• Bridleway is set in lovely gardens which guests are welcome to explore. Gravel paths meander through the gardens which are sloping in several places.
Additional Information
• Bridleway has a no smoking policy in the house and within the perimeter of the gardens. Smoke detectors are fitted within the bedrooms.
• WIFI connection is available on request at no charge.
